Method of Quality Assurance adopted at our end:

• In coming raw material quality check through material analysis report through spectrograph.

• In process quality check carried out by quality inspectors during manufacturing of component.

Stages:

1. Quality check (visual) for conformance to drawing.

2. Quality check (dimensional) for conformance to drawing parameters.

3. Quality check (heat treatment / surface finish) for conformance to surface finish requirements.

4. Quality check (in process) for packing the components.

5. Quality check for conformance to commercial aspects.

Every lot sent from our end has quality inspection reports attached with it ensuring the satisfaction of esteemed customers & our peace of mind.
