By choosing ISLE EXPORTS (P) LTD the customer can
eliminate stockholding, cutting and machining. We can
supply pre-machined components, from cut blanks to
completely finished details, controlled and ready for
final mounting.
The availability of standard tubes from our stock means an
extra resource when producing small series or when there
are urgent problems. |

Production Programme
The starting material for our components is our own hot
rolled, hot rolled peeled or cold worked tubes but also tubes
from external suppliers. The components diameter tolerances
and surface properties are the same as for the starting
material. |

QS tolerances to be agreed upon
Angular deviation is within the length tolerance and max. 1 %
of the outer diameter.
Sawn components can be deburred, shot blasted and chamfered.
Shot blasting can often replace deburring.
Parted-off components
The difference between parted-off (by carbide tools) and sawn
components is that the parted-off components have closer
tolerances and a better finish of the cut surface. |

Machined
components
Machining is done through a number of QS 9000 certified
subcontractors, which are operating a variety of CNC
machines.
Heat
treatment
Before sawing or parting-off the tubes can be heat
treated, e. g. soft annealed, normalized or quenched and
tempered. It's also possible to heat treat the components.

Packing
As standard, the components are supplied on pallet with
collar. Packaging options include waxed paper or plastic foil.
Marking
Standard information, of which some is bar-coded:
– Customer’s name, address, purchase order and part number
– Steel grade and heat number
– Size
– Weight
– Number of pieces and packages

requirement of our esteemed clients.

Brake Pipes for all
Indian vehicles and various foreign make vehicles are
manufactured by ISLE EXPORT (P) LTD. Brake Pipes being a
critical component of the vehicle utmost care is taken
during its manufacture. To ensure good quality of the
product the assembly lines are kept dust free. Brake Pipes
can also be developed as per the specification.
Fuel Injection Pipes are meant for carrying fuel
oils at high as well as at low pressure and high
temperature. These are manufactured using steel tubes of
different diameters varying from 1.5mm to 2.5mm internal
diameter and lengths by bending in different shapes and
angles with or without end connections. These are fitted
with Banjos, Nuts, Nipples or flanges of various sizes.
Our company manufactures Fuel Injection Pipes for various
Indian vehicles. In house tool room enables us to
manufacture as per the specifications or samples.
Diesel pipes are manufactured from steel tubes of
varying Internal and External Diameters. The tubes of
different lengths and sizes are bent at different angles
and crimped with different end fittings. Extreme care is
taken to keep the assembly line so as to ensure good
quality product. Manufacturing as per the sample can be
done. |
